Swedish Massage - A general relaxation massage, focused on relieving muscle tension. It includes a combination of long gliding strokes, kneading, percussion, vibration, and friction strokes, along with muscle stretches to leave the body feeling completely relaxed and elongated. 30 min. $25  |  60 min. $40  |  90 min. $60  |  120 min. $75 Deep Tissue Massage - A deeper form of Swedish massage which uses more pressure and a combination of trigger point therapy, stretches, and myofascial releases for softening muscle tension and relieving knots. 30 min. $30  |  60 min. $45  |  90 min. $65  |  120 min. $80 Ashiatsu Massage - This is a deep tissue massage performed with the therapist’s feet not hands. This modality is called Oriental Bar Therapy because the therapist actually uses bars on the ceiling to balance herself while using her feet to massage the client. Great for those clients that enjoy deep pressure massage. Basalt stones, which are made from volcanoes, are heated up to 120 degrees and are used to massage the body, along with Swedish massage strokes. This heat penetrates into muscle tissue, melting away tension, and allowing deeper muscles to be released.                         90 min. $65 Prenatal Massage - A gentle massage specifically tailored for mothers-to-be to relieve general discomforts of pregnancy; it may also help to stretch and maintain muscle tone allowing for an easier delivery. 60 min. $35 Medical Massage - Therapeutic Massage for treatment of injuries. Body assessments are done to investigate cause of injuries enabling the therapist to perform specific massage techniques to help realign the body tissues Prices range according to hourly costs. Couples Massage - A couple or two friends can gather to receive massage together. This can be in the same or separate treatment rooms. Couples, girls day at the spa, mom and daughter etc… Romance packages also available for Sweetest and Valentines Day and Anniversaries. 60 min. $85 Chair Massage - For quick massage at our office or yours, chair massage can take place anywhere. From five to fifteen minutes; chair massage can reduce muscle tension, boosts alertness, increase circulation, calm the nervous system, reduce stress and can help relax and rejuvenate the body. Chair massage is done with the client fully dressed allowing for a quick massage session at work, and is versatile enough for any in/outdoor functions such as; parties, fair, athletic events, etc…  $1 per minute
